Every paddle here comes from its brand's own store: 957 paddles from 40 brands, read on 20 October 2026, with weight, core thickness, size, handle, grip and, where the brand publishes it, swingweight and twistweight. An independent check of 60 paddles found 95% of figures correct, so treat any single number as the brand's claim.
The first five questions are about you and only change the order. The last five are about the paddle and hide paddles that don't fit. A paddle with a spec the brand doesn't publish is never hidden for it; it just ranks lower. The recommendations follow published guidance from paddle labs and brands: 16 mm cores and midweight paddles for newer players, high twistweight and a widebody for sore arms, a 5.25 in handle or longer for two-handed backhands, and swingweight judged against the paddle's own shape.
"USAP approved" appears only when the paddle clearly matches an entry on USA Pickleball's approved list; otherwise it says "approval unconfirmed". Shapes marked "estimated" were worked out from the paddle's width. Nothing here is medical advice: if your arm hurts, see a doctor or physio.
